Robin: I have worked in communications/public relations for nearly 20 years. I held my most recent position, communications coordinator for the Sutter Health Sacramento Sierra Region, for 16 years. I created memos for administration, wrote press releases, patient stories, newsletters, announcements, video scripts and speeches for internal and external audiences.. I mostly supported Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital and Sutter Roseville Medical Center and also provided support for several service lines that included Sutter Orthopaedic Institute, Sutter Rehabilitation Institute and Sutter Weight Management Institute, along with the Trauma Center at SRMC. I am very familiar with Sutter Health and how to promote the organization. In addition I worked with individuals in the communications department at the Sutter Health home office to promote Sutter's programs and services internally and externally. Prior to working at SHSSR, I held the position of account executive for MMC Communications, a Sacramento public relations firm.
